If your product arrives damaged or you wish to exchange it, providing video evidence is mandatory. This video must clearly show the unboxing process, highlighting the damage or incorrect product. Without this video proof, your exchange or return claim cannot be processed. Once we have the necessary evidence, CC suppirt team will review and process your claim to ensure a smooth return or replacement experience.
